Eat Your Broccoli!

Note from Lori: Eat your Broccoli! It helps to eliminate estrogens and excess estrogens cause endometriosis to grow. Oh Yuk! Unless you have a low thyroid, then cruciferous veggies are excellent for you! Do not microwave your veggies! (more on that later)

Scientists have identified cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, bok choy, and Brussels sprouts to contain a high level of phytoestrogen.
